On today’s episode, I have Charlotte Lopez on the show to discuss the transition from aesthetic to endurance sports from a mental health and fueling standpoint. Charlotte shares her story of how she became passionate about dance, how she navigated and overcame an eating disorder, and then how this passion and resilience fostered her love of running. She discusses several important mindset tips for improving your relationship with food as an athlete, and how to do so in both the aesthetic and endurance space. Additionally, food is discussed from both a dancer's and runner's point of view, and how this relationship was different depending upon which sport she was in. Charlotte offers a story of wisdom, resilience, and hope.
