When friends or family experience the loss of a loved one, we want to do everything we can to be there for them. But often it can be difficult to know the right thing to do or say. Our guest, Aaron Lu, experienced the tragic and sudden loss of his wife just days after celebrating Christmas together as a family of four for the first time. In our most personal conversation yet, Aaron shares his ongoing journey through grief and what he's learned along the way. We're thankful for Aaron's courage and vulnerability, and we hope our conversation shines a light on a universal experience that we don't talk enough about as a society.
