It's Friend! Oh yes, my favourite F word is Friendship...what did you think my favourite F word would be? Food? haha

I’ve been accused of romanticizing friendship, and it’s true, I do. I really love my friends and I’m not ashamed to admit that my friends are amazing. It’s difficult to organize your life around friendship in a world that’s built for couples, and it’s doubly difficult when your time with friends is seen as a fun extracurricular activity instead of a basic human need. Friendships are so much more and we grow older, there needs to be intention because friendship is not easy. Listen as I share my views on what makes for a great friendship and some of the tell-tale signs that a friendship has outlived its usefulness...RUN!
