S1E7 - Emeritus Historian Wai Lee and Master Paul Cho
In this episode, Coach Mike catches up with his old friends, Wai Lee and Master Paul Cho, over a few drinks. They share dad advice and a few laughs over old Texas Taekwondo stories. From Corpus Christi, Texas, Wai Lee trained at Lumampao Martial Arts and was part of Texas Taekwondo from 1998-2002 where he served as historian and strength and conditioning coach. He now lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two daughters. From Seoul, Korea, Master Paul Cho received his blackbelt at the Kukkiwon and was part of Texas Taekwondo from 1997-2002 where he served as chief instructor. He now runs and operates Cho's Taekwondo Academy and lives in Conroe with his wife and son.
