Coach Kela is the CEO and program director of The Hormone Puzzle Society, A women’s health hub for fertility, hormones, and pregnancy.
After personally battling infertility, she was finally able to conceive by implementing her Hormone P.U.Z.Z.L.E method that takes a holistic approach to readying the body for pregnancy from the inside out. Since then it has been her mission to help other women who are struggling with infertility and hormone imbalance to get pregnant and eliminate hormonal symptoms.
She is also a mentor to Future Fertility Experts and coaches other wellness practitioners by helping them to turn their pain into purpose and start their own fertility coaching business or to add fertility coaching to an existing wellness business.
With over 20 years of experience as a professional fitness trainer and wellness educator, Coach Kela has created 5 courses and published multiple books on fertility, hormones, and total body wellness. Her recent book The Hormone Puzzle Method: Optimizing Pregnancy has all her tips and tricks for a healthy, happy pregnancy and postpartum.
She is also a board-certified functional nutritionist and in 2021, coach Kela went back to school and is pursuing her dream of becoming a doctor of natural and holistic medicine. She will be Dr. Kela by the end of 2022.
She is the host of The Hormone Puzzle Podcast, The Solving-Infertility Summit and The Healthy Happy Pregnancy Summit.
On the weekends she can be found with her husband, 2 boys and 2 bull dogs riding in her Jeep soaking up some sun.
