Helena Jean-Louis’ passion for off-the-beaten-path adventures and love of learning led her to healthcare solutions that revolutionized her life and the lives of her nutrition clients. Her answer to her health problems was education.
Her certifications as a functional nutritionist and Reiki Master are reflections of her belief that life prepared her to become a compassionate and experienced women’s health specialist.
Today, Helena is the founder of Femme and Feminine, a robust intercultural nutrition practice. Helena guides and educates women suffering from digestive, hormonal, and autoimmune disorders, drawing on her vast personal and clinical experience...and some humor, too!
Additionally, Helena holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is a professional coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
