Sami Zayn's road to redemption comes to it's final stop, a match with Adrian Neville for the NXT Championship. Alexa Bliss has her best match so far against Sasha Banks. Buddy Murphy and Wesley Blake showcase a lot of talent against the Lucha Dragons. And Finn Balor and Hideo Itami team-up to face Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel. Look at all of those classic NXT names. This is one of the best classic episodes of NXT.

A main event of Takeover rematch of The Ascension vs The Lucha Dragons, is about the only sliver of light in an otherwise dark episode of NXT. Confused booking runs us in circles, Alexa Bliss and Bayley have some fun. And two title matches are made for next week. At least we got to see Regal being silly backstage.
