What is Normalcy in a Generation of Depression? Ft. Min Kim
Wow nearly an hour long episode on a variety of sub topics that all revolve around the questioning of what normalcy even means. We start of with why PDA is accepted in some countries but not others which then leads us to talking about social media and the effects it possibly has on young people's mental health. But is it social media or is it the individual's perception on what's normal to them in a world where they've been brought up with technology? So many questions and not many answers as Min and I dive into a sociological realm of some of the struggles our generation face with what is considered normal. Zero preparation for such a complicated episode but very raw ideas shared from two Arts graduates. It's been awhile since we've thought about these topics for the both of us so enjoy the chaotic mess of our thoughts and maniacally laugh with us.
