This is Dr.Lori and I want to welcome you back to our Bedtime Stories Podcast Series. I am looking forward to reading the wonderfully simple, yet extremely meaningful and mindful book One by Kathryn Otoshi. This book gives you something to think about when things are not going the way you know they should, however, you are not quite sure what to do. Ms. Otoshi de-personalizes the book by removing names and using colors and numbers. In the end, you will find that she has written a powerful book, with a powerful message that at the beginning may seem like child's play. Of course, at the end of the reading, I will offer a bit of mindful meditation, before you drift off to sleep.
This week, we are offering a free giveaway of the book and a surprise gift. Please follow us on Facebook @jamesdixonfoundation, Instagram @jamesdixonfoundation, and Twitter @jamesdixonfou to find out how to win your free gift.
I look forward to joining you for a bedtime story on Spotify, Google Podcast, Overcast, PocketCasts, RadioPublic, and Breaker, Monday, June 29, 2020 at 7:00 pm EST. Of course, you can always listen at a later time.
Thought for the day: Benjamin Franklin's self-described daily schedule included asking himself the same question every morning at breakfast: What good shall I do this day?
Have a wonderful day. This is Dr. Lori.
