Carter Byrnes joined Stream Realty Partners in March 2022 as an Executive Vice President in the Northern Virginia office. He is licensed in Virginia and Maryland. Carter spent more than 18 years at CBRE, starting as a Senior Associate and working his way up to Senior Vice President. During his tenure, he was a founder of the Northern Virginia leasing team and built a healthcare practice group from the ground up. He is credited with negotiating over 3.1 million square feet of lease and sale transactions with an aggregate value of over $525 million. Prior to his time at CBRE, Carter was a market analyst with Insignia/ESG, which merged with CBRE in 2003.
