Craig Goold, is the Head of CX and Change Demand and has been part of Skipton Building Society for more than 11 years, helping them to align Customer Experience and Investment in creating new capabilities that make a difference for our customers and colleagues. Craig is also Chairman of Skipton Business Finance - Helping SME’s in the UK realise their potential through Invoice Discounting and Debt Factoring; supporting  over £1bn invoices per year across 750+ clients.

Rebecca Allsop is the Head of Customer Strategy and planning with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Similar to Craig, Rebecca has enjoyed a long run at Skipton Building Society with over 9 years under her belt. Skilled in Data Analytics, Customer Experience & Research, Marketing Technology, Database Management, Marketing Automation, Marketing Planning and Team Leadership, she has a breadth of experience that many can only dream of and it’s a pleasure to have both Rebecca and Craig with us today.
