From CEO to Restaurant Cook... and Back | Assaf Glazer

Dr. Assaf Glazer is CEO at Vinst, an exciting Israeli foodtech startup that offers an AI-powered cooking app, to help users organize recipes, personalize meals, and elevate the home-cooking experience… as well as a platform where you can print your very own family cookbook.

A serial entrepreneur in a variety of areas where he finds passion, Glazer previously founded Nanit, a company that, among other things, raised over $75M in capital, and very successfully develops smart baby monitors - integrating AI and sleep science to help overall wellbeing for babies.

In this episode, recorded in Tel-Aviv, Israel, Glazer talks about how Covid sent him on a journey that included culinary school and restaurant work; and how going through the Oct. 7th attack at a farming community in southern Israel, led him to put together a very meaningful project - that also sounds quite delicious!
