The AI and Generative AI tidal wave seems to be submerging many industries and lapping at the shores of many more. A recent Accenture report singled out Banking as the industry with the highest potential for automation using AI. Other reports are saying something similar. Banking and Financial services seems to be one of the first big battlefronts of man vs. machine; I sit down with Sanat Rao to dissect this. Sanat is the Global CEO of CEO of Infosys Finacle, the leading core banking platform, and therefore watches banking across the world closely.
