Lucy shared her story of moving to New York after college to pursue musical theatre, nearing burnout and seeing the relief she felt at the pandemic “shutting the world down” as an indicator that she needed to build sustainability into her creative life. Since then, she’s started a YouTube channel with her husband and found what life rhythms keep not only grounded but thriving and hopeful, even in the midst of ever-changing industries and seasons. Lucy also shared some incredible perspective about the fact that being called to something doesn’t always mean overnight success, and the beauty of the process of pursuing your dreams faithfully.
