Summary/description: In this podcast Vicky Gill and Mandy Tuckey share with Robin their lived experiences of working in a new environment within an arm’s length body. They explain their role as workforce fellows, how this opportunity to complete a fellowship is supporting their professional development and offer some suggestions and advice to others who may wish to consider taking on a fellowship.

Biography: This podcast was facilitated by Robin Lansman an Osteopath AHP, former President of the Institute of Osteopathy and founder of COGUK which he set up to provide training programmes to help health practitioners communicate more confidently and effectively with others. In this podcast Robin is interviewing Vicky Gill a physiotherapist from Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and Mandy Tuckey from the University of the West of England, who are currently working as AHP Workforce Fellows in the HEE SW AHP Programme Team.
