Summary/description: In this podcast Dorset AHP Faculty members share what they have been working and explain from their lived experience the value of taking a network approach to delivering the work of the AHP Faculty working closely and on behalf of the Dorset AHP Council. They share how their AHP faculty has matured, developed and embedded into the wider system architecture. They share useful information on how they meet and support participation from across the different range of AHP professions and stakeholders, that has enabled them to take positive action and support the development of future AHP leaders within their system.

Biography: This podcast was facilitated by Robin Lansman an Osteopath AHP, former President of the Institute of Osteopathy and founder of COGUK which he set up to provide training programmes to help health practitioners communicate more confidently and effectively with others. In this podcast Robin is interviewing members of the Dorset AHP Faculty; Rachel Christian-Edwards and Debbie Lane.
