Summary/description: In this podcast the Somerset AHP Faculty members share what they have been working and explain from their lived experience the value of working together across the system to develop and grow the AHP workforce. They reflect on what is important to them, the benefits of collaboration and their motivations to get involved in the work of the AHP Faculty and the opportunities these roles provide to develop leadership capabilities.

Biography: This podcast was facilitated by Robin Lansman an Osteopath AHP, former President of the Institute of Osteopathy and founder of COGUK which he set up to provide training programmes to help health practitioners communicate more confidently and effectively with others. In this podcast Robin is interviewing members of the Somerset AHP Faculty including Louise Albrich (Somerset AHP Faculty Chair), Ralph Hammond (Somerset AHP Faculty Projects Lead), Juliet Sturgess (Somerset AHP Faculty workforce development lead), Agnieszka Waligora (Somerset AHP Faculty AHP support worker development lead), Rosie Harry (Somerset AHP Faculty student placement expansion lead / clinical educator) and Claire MacFadzean (Somerset AHP Faculty L&D lead)
