Originally raised in Athens, Greece, Panos moved to NYC twelve years ago to pursue his passion, music. After playing at some of NYC's premier nightclubs including Pacha, Output and Marquee his focus shifted to the studio. Producing records from 2010 to 2018 he gained the support of his favorite artists and traveled worldwide.

It wasn't long after he got involved in the restaurant scene where he discovered his passion for food. Today he is a licensed real estate agent working with the Berzak Metcalf team at Compass, as well as a cryptocurrency trader and investor.
