In this episode Donna and Nadine explore what it means to be compassionate and how we can all take care of one another. Listen to others and try to understand them. It is also important to try and put yourself in the other person's shoes. We need to not be quick to judge someone else's life when we are not living it. All of us have our struggles, so if we take a moment and really listen to someone, and care about what they may be going through in that moment, we will all be compassionate.
