Guest Profile: Ms. Upasana Dasgupta is a PhD scholar at the Institute of Air & Space Law, McGill University, Canada. She has obtained a master's degree in air & space law from the very same University. Throughout her academic journey, she has been awarded numerous awards for excellence. Ms. Dasgupta has also worked with some of the top law firms in the country such as Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Argus Partners. She has also served as the Advisor to the Indian Delegation  to the International Civil Aviation Organisation.
