In this episode we talk about how painful it is to be pruned by God. Sometimes He cuts things off (friends, relationships etc) because they are not producing good or any fruit. These are things and people we have had in our lives, become accustomed to having... even love having and He says they have to go. 

I heard a quote that says "You've broken my defenses and I don't really resent it." That resonated with me so much because I often drop my guard and let people in, get hurt more times than not but I don't resent them or the experience. 

This week's episode we focus on loneliness and just sitting in it to allow God to meet us in our loneliness.
