Women's influence
Women who influenced me in the bible are Deborah and Ruth. Deborah was a prophet, and she was a Judge, she was a leader, she was a peacemaker and a wife to her husband, Lappidoth. She could hear from God and share God’s words with the people of Israel. She and Barak lead the people of Israel into victories through obedience. They fought their enemies powerfully; they conquered and succeeded over their enemies. Judges4:4-24. In every battle, God was with them. Ruth was a widow and a foreigner among the Israelites, and she lived in Judah; she was the daughter-in-law to Noami. Ruth was a hard - working woman, and she was humble, respectful and wise. Due to kindness, obedience and perseverance, Boaz decided to marry Ruth. She became the great-grandmother of king David. Ruth 4:1-22Ā  These women inspired me to be great, to achieve all that life has to offer. I’ll someday leave behind a legacy... Like these women, Deborah and Ruth are great role models for our generation to copy to apply faith, wisdom and obedience because our generation lacks obedience and respect for people and older people. I believe everything is available to us when we pray, believe and trust God in the making, but most importantly, taking actions to win and prosper, just like both women did succeed wildly. stay blessed, TashašŸ™

Are you having trouble sleeping
Making time for yourself is so crucial. It boosts your strength and you feel good, happy and healthy. Here are ways to help you feel good about yourself Sleep well more productive. Making time for yourself, I know that everyone is so busy nowadays, but I used this this book to help me throughout the day and the following months. Tips 1: Set your alarm or clock: sleep at least 7 or 8 hours per night - a good night's sleep helps boost your energy levels (has we all know effective sleep is essential for growth and strength.) Good night sleep help improve your attention and enable you to concentrate more on work, friend and family life. Sleeping at night helps you reduce stress levels, it allows you to take care of your emotional well-being, it keeps you happy and you will be able to learn, read and it keeps you more focused throughout the day. Tips 2: If you struggle to sleep at night ( like me, sometimes), apply this method, its works every time. Number one pray, ask God to help you see the roots of the problems and solve them. Not being able to sleep sometimes it's due to unforgiveness, stress, and not having enough income or resources. Tips 3. Create a bedtime routine that's perfect for you. Avoid using your mobile phone at night because it will be difficult to sleep after scrolling through social media instead read a book because reading at night makes you tired and enable your eye to feel tired it cause you to sleep quickly. My advice is: If you’re trying to sleep at night, avoid heavy eating. Only eat a little and drink water instead of caffeine. Try Sleep deviceĀ and avoid sleeping during the day because that’ll be difficult for you to sleep at night.

Beauty
Nowadays, every women and yong ladies want to look, feel beautiful and glamorous by putting on makeup. Without makeup some women and some young ladies will not leave the house without makeup on the beautiful you. Makeup, It’s an accessories for some, and for others if they don’t wear makeup, they won’t be happy or feel pretty. People like me, wears makeup but not too much, and others don’t wear makeup at all. To be honest, I only wear makeup for special occasions like wedding celebrations and church services. God doesn't mind, whether you wear makeup or you don’t, its doesn’t matter, because beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Here’s what the bible say about makeup in ‭‭2Kings9:30‬ ‬‬ ā€œJehu arrived in Jezreel. Jezebel, having heard what had happened, put on eyeshadow, arranged her hair, and stood looking down at the street from a window in the palace.ā€ This text of the scripture informed you and I that’s makeup is not essential because society then was different but now the world has shape the way people see themselves in the eyes of beauty. My opinion, women are to wear beautiful dresses and put on a little bit of makeup for their husbands. I know that society has changed not everyone is married. There’re more single women out there than married women according to The Guardian.com most women peferred to be single because they’re not happy being marry. Our generation, must apply the same value in the bible in reference to 1Timothy2:9-10 principles for a godly life with God. I know some women wear clothing according to the women in the bible, do what will make you happy, your style is your choice!. God doesn’t care about the makeup on your face but he see the heart. God see you beautiful, wanted and loved. You should see yourselves the way God see you. I always say to the young ladies in my ministry, ā€œyou’re beautiful just the way you’re, God love youā€. they’ve known it’s true, they just needs reassurance. Christians should know that whether we wear makeup or not, it doesn’t define our relationship with God. It's a choice, If wearing makeup make you happy, you should wear it. But not too excessively! remember you’re beautiful, special and unique- own your uniqueness!Ā

Making time for yourself/ the happy you
First of all, I’ll say this. If you don’t socialise with other people due to workloads, you’ll be depressed. Find time to socialise with others, enjoy your life and be around people who encourage, support, love, teach, direct, lead, scare, push you to succeed higher, reach and achieve your dreams. Socialising with other people in your place of work, church, school, college, and university helps increase your sense of happiness, well-being and mental health. Interactions help with your memory and cognitive skills, and social skills with people help decrease depression and anxiety levels. It enables you to establish friendships, and you feel less lonely.

Making time for yourself/ the healthy you
Lots of people love to eat food but don’t want to exercise. I've known it’s a real problem in our society. Like I always say to my friends, ā€œwhat you eat is what you wearā€, they respond, ā€œAh really, Tasha?ā€. Yes really!!! Every food has calories and is not a healthy choice to eat, making us feel unhealthy and fat. Some foods help us feel good, such as eating involve fruits and vegetables and foods with probiotics, i.e. kefir, yoghurt or sauerkraut. B6 vitamins- poultry, beef, and fish are high in omega and fatty acids—quinoa, salmon, mushrooms, dark chocolate, grapes, folic acids- turnip and greens vegetables. Foods that are unhealthy such as, pastries, cookies, french fries and potato chips, white bread, sugary drinks and snacks, etc. My tips, Eat right and you’ll live longer. Drink enough water, take the proper vitamins and food supplements. Exercise by running, swimming, or going to the gym. Drink more water instead of frizzy drinks, cut down fatty foods, like McDonald, KFC and restaurants foods that are unhealthy for you. Cook at home and avoid microwave foods.

Staying in touch with friends
Everyone needs extra support for someone to check up on them. Staying in touch with friends it’s vital for the individuals’ well-being and for the friendship and relationship to grow. Not only on social media or text messages but most importantly, calling them, going out for leisure activities, and fellowships together in oneness in Christ Jesus. I know everyone is super busy with life, jobs, families etc. Life happens so fast for others, and sometimes life is very unfair. Question: have you ever felt that your life is moving slowly? You’re not alone. I’ve felt the same way. Most of my friends are parents, they have got a home, some of them have migrated to another country, and some have got married. And I still keep in touch with them, I moved house five years ago, and I have made new friends, and I still stay in touch with my old friends, our relationship has grown more-strongly because of our contact with each other. I am sincerely happy for them, but I may have wished it was me that got married, settled down, have a family, right? God doesn’t make mistakes. God’s timing it’s always perfect. The solution to whatever you desire is to wait on God for your turn. It’s so crucial not rushing yourself to have what your friends had but knowing that God has a bigger and better plan for you. You may know it, and you may not, but God is working everything for your good. Hold on you’re next in line to receive your blessings, house, family, and marriage. Just trust God and confess his promises over your life. It will surely come to pass if you don’t give up and apply faith and wisdom. Remember to stay in touch with friends even if move away to another country or city.

Anxiety
I’ve noticed, in our society there’s more people who suffered from anxiety. According to the depression cure say, having little incomes or bigger responsibilities trigger people anxiety. That’s so true, social media is growing, it’s expanding, living cost it’s expensive. Universities cost is twice much higher, some universities students are in debt (the funny things is, people who had graduated from universities found themselves working in McDonald and KFCšŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚, which is very annoying and frustrating) To be honest, there’s no point going to university, if you’re going be left in debt and found yourself working in KFC, God forbid!! I say to young people in my ministry, you don’t need to go to university to be successful, social media it’s a great platform to grow, learn and achieve anything you want make money From online courses. Most people are making millions of dollars just by making silly videos on YouTube. But getting a degree is vital if social media dies down and you’ll fall back on your degree. If you’ve struggled with anxiety or feel any fear of worries about life, children, Jobs, or families, my advice is trust God in making, you’re not alone, pray about worries, seek professional help if it get worse, be around people who will support, encourage and make you feel happy. Stay bless Tasha. šŸ™

Athlete
physical Athlete are those who Train Your Mind, Change Your Brain play sports and participate in other forms of physical exercise. When I was kid, I love running it was on my school’s curriculum and I did well in running, I always come first, never lose once. My parents were proud. I received prizes and awards in school. Some of my teachers recognised my physical ability but didn’t give me the right support to carry on because my school had little resources. I did love sports but I didn’t see it as a career. It was my own choice not to participate in running. I stopped running at the aged of 14 year old. Now as young adult, running it’s my daily routine, I exercise more, I enjoy running. Spiritual athletes is not the same as physical athlete. Let’s look at the scripture in the bible about spiritual athlete: ‭ I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me inwardly in Christ Jesus Philippians 3:14 The writer, Apostle Paul is saying to all believers to run straight in faith and to have a relationship with God. It’s important to know your strengths and weaknesses in the Lord so that when persecution comes, you will run firm strong and not faint. There’re those, who don’t run straight, when problems and persecution comes they give up easily thinking that , God is not in control. Remember God is always in control of everything, but people are unstable in their walk with God, he remains faithful. Running straight in faith means when you have difficulties , you can pray and worship God through your pains. You can do good to others whilst in persecution. You can wait patiently for God to bless, heal and restore you. Not having any doubts of anything but faith and trust in God. Apostle Paul, mentioned when we run straight, we will have the victory prize, having the prize come by enduring persecution, waiting patiently and serving God. But most Christian don’t want to suffer or wait, they want to receive the blessings now. The bible tell us, when we suffers with Christ we will reign with him Matthew 19:28 -29. When we wait patiently, we will get our prize, we will receive all that God has for us. So dear believers, I encourage you to endure whatever you are going through, your prize is await!! My advice to you is run straight not dodging. Pray, remember every persecution it’s for our own good, God has plan for you, so stay strong!!! May God the father, and Lord Jesus Christ our saviour give you grace and peace. šŸ™ Tasha

Inspirational
Who inspires you? my number one inspirational bible faith preacher and leader is the apostle Paul. Because he was one of the most obedient, influential apostles in the bible and the history of the Israelites. He did so many great things which came by sacrifice. When he was in prison Guide to the Apostle Paul: His Life, Ministry, and Missionary Journeys he stood up for what he believed, which was the word of God to Jewish people and the Gentiles. The Jewish people were against the belief. They did not want anyone to believe in the faith that apostle Paul strongly believed in, which set people free from their iniquity and healed their sicknesses through repentance and salvation. What is so profound was that the Jewish people believed in the law of Moses and the prophets, but they tried to persecute believers from hearing God’s words! Apostle Paul never gave up, and he kept going even though he was in prison for the good news of Lord Jesus Christ. He believes in God, knowing that God has blessed everything he does. And he reckons his life to be nothing but in vain to win many souls for Christ because there are rewards that await for him in heaven. Apostle Paul trusted God that everything that he was going through in the end there would be resolve and restore. That is why he is my number one inspirational leader. Because of his tenacity, his faith in God, his relationship with people, both Jews and Gentiles, his obedience toward God was beautiful. His encouragement and support to all believers around the world were mind-blowing, and he fulfilled his destiny in the end, God restored him and kept him safe. Beautiful
Birthday, the month of celebration for many people born in July. It's that time and season of 2022 of joy, fun and appreciation to God for everything. Especially today, the 19th of July, it's my birthday today. I am so grateful for another year because I am alive, many people have died, and many are sick and they’re in hospital beds. I am just giving God all the glory for his protection, peace and security in my life. This year has not been easy because of covid 19, and I couldn't travel anywhere due to the lockdown. I suffered depression and isolation, which many others experiences; to God be glory I have recovered through prayers and therapy. During the lockdown, I was not working physically but working online remotely from home. And now I have made money online, I am rejoicing. This year, I will go on holiday to France to visit my aunty. My aunt Lisa said, ā€œFrance is beautifulā€ it's so ironic because even though it's closer to the UK, I have never been there before. It was not that expensive, which seems weird, but it’s not too late to do or accomplish anything. But I reckon it's not that far either, only two hours away on the flight from my destination to aunty's location. By God's grace, I promise to travel to different countries so that I will be able to have fun and enjoy the scenery of beautiful places and culture. I can not wait to visit France because my aunt Lisa will show me around the area, which sounds fun. Happy birthday to everyone born in July The Prayer of Protection I pray to the lord for more blessings, love, protection, and healing. Whatever you desire from the lord, ask, and it will be yours!! Amen!!! Once again, thank you, Lord for adding another year to my life with long life and good health, with many blessings upon me and the lives of people born in July in Jesus's name, amen!!! The Christian's life
The Christian’s life in a believer is very, very essential. As christian we need basic skills to apply, to grow effectively around others christians brothers/sisters. Here’s the skills required to have and to live by as a Christians. The Power of God's Word for Everyday Living doing good to others, helping them financially or spiritually, it’s great! (If you have enough income, you can help others, but if you lack these sources, it’s impossible to give what you don’t have. Pray, and God will supply all your needs.) Don’t accept payment for doing good, (God will reward you, in due seasons) apply faith and wisdom, (we know that without faith it’s impossible to please God) And we also know that our father Abraham was a great man of faith, so was the others bible characters, like king David, Noah, Jeremiah and list goes on. Do the things, that’s pleasing in the sight of God. add knowledge, have self-control, add godliness and add christian affection (by all means, love people, pray for people, ask God to help you to love people, who are hard to love and direct your steps/life). These are the basic qualities you need and you should apply them daily and if you have them in abundance, they will make you active and effective in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. The bible tell us that Christians who lack this skills, are short-sighted that they cannot see and have forgotten that they have been purified from their past sins 2peter1:9 (When you activate your skills as a believer, you become more and more intimate with God, because he’s Loved) Practice loving people, because it’s not easy. Pray for people and be kind to them. Ask God to order your path into holy and righteousness (by means, ā€œholinessā€ right living and ā€œrighteousnessā€ wholeness and self- control of your environment.) it take time, prayers and faith to have these qualities skills. Gratitude
Every good gifts that you’ve received from people or will have comes from God. You’ve have to thank God daily for everything that he provides for you and your family. Praise him on the steps, don’t wait to get on the stage to praise him. (What its means is, don’t wait to be bless by God before you can praise him.) Press your way through The Power of Thank You God is owner of our souls, life, destiny, everything belongs to him. God deserve all your praises and worship, even if you have not receive anything from him, the fact that you are breathing show that he love you, therefore praise him every everyday. This is what I do everyday, When I wake up from bed, I prayed and I worship God with songs of praise. I honoured him by thanking him for my life, health, friends and family. I am grateful because life is short, others people are in hospital wishing to get out, so therefore I appreciated God for sound health, job, family and friends. Everything is working together for your good. Just keep up with your gratitude to God and see your life changing for the better, never compare your blessings to others people’s blessings. God is the rewarder to everyone who diligently seek him. We seek him because, we belong to him. Always appreciate him even if it’s hard, take a reap of faith and steps into your praise and worships. If you don’t praise God, the rocks will cry out to him Luke19:40 Our praises should be genuine, we should praise God because we want too, not because people tell us too.Tasha B.

Heaven is beautiful
Those of you, who might be wondering, what’s heaven like? The bible stated clearly in Revelation22:1-21 heaven is our home. We’ll spend our eternity with God and with the lamb that’s Christ Jesus. The beauty of heaven it’s in indescribable, no man can compare heaven with earth. (The earth is the Lord taste. Imagine what heaven will be like, WOW!!) It’s beautiful, it’s peaceful, colourful, exciting, musicals and so much more, words can’t describe its beauty. I was deeply moved after reading Heaven is Beautiful by Peter Bald Panagore, review his near death experience with God was phenomenal because he saw the beauty of heaven and he also encountered hell which was terrifying. For those of you who might be wondering if heaven is real or not my answer to you is yes heaven is real because so many people had experienced heaven and their life has changed. ā€œAnd I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. The holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things newā€.Revelation22:1-21 I know, it will be sensational and perfect when we get there, some days. Salvation is from God and not of anyone, repentance and forgiveness is all you need to make heaven. Your leadership and existence on earth it’s to serve God, achieving your goals to complete your destiny on the earth. Heaven it’s real and so is hell. Pastor Jesse Duplantis’s testimonies of heaven, it’s so mind blowing and powerful Jesse's testimony of heaven and his book Heaven close Encounters of the God Kind . If you want to encounter heaven pray about it, God is no respect of a person.God will show you things to come.

Fellowship
When we come together as a believers in Christ through fellowship, we teach and learn from each others, things that are hidden can be reveal through fellowship. Individuals can discover more of God’s words further reading Acts2:42. When we pray has a group God gives us revelations, a gifts of wisdoms, knowledges, and understandings of fellowships, worships, communications, learning and growing in union with Christ Jesus. We show each other how to live as God wants us to live, and how to walk in his direction for our lives. Spending time in church it’s so much valuable for your spiritual growth, healing and miracles. Fellowships daily with other believers in church and out of the church. In order to grow, you’ve to attend church regularly, feed your spirit, and learn from each other. Just like the body needs physical food for growth and to stay alive, it’s the same with our spirit being. When you don’t feed our spirit beings, it will die, you will fall into temptations, troubles, and afflictions. Feeding your spirit beings, by all means going to church regularly, praying and fasting, (praying not only for yourself but for everyone in our fellowship groups, families, friends. Everything, you want or desire, it will be given unto you when you believe and apply faith.) Fellowship with others believers, how? Reading the bible, and praying together. Watching other preachers online, it’ll help you connect with God. And you’ll be bless when you feed on God’s words daily. Daily fellowship, is being intimate with God, how? Seeking God for advice in everything you do, Mathew6:33 learning from God, how ? By reading his autobiography that’s the bible daily, confessing out loud God’s promises over life. When, you’re connected to God, you’ll have inner strength, peace, Joy and happiness My Time with God by Joyce Meyer it's a great book to read because it strength the believers relationship on a deeper fellowship with God. Daily fellowship with God and with others believers is all you need, for God to show you, your future, for God to heal, bless and restore you. Your time in fellowship is important, (make time for God.) eat spiritual foods, daily with reading the bible and listening to your pastor’s teaching and online preachers.

Struggle
What’s a struggle? Google's definition of struggle is an aggressive or violent effort to get free of restraint or resist attack. I define struggle as broken and poor. Why? Because if a person struggles to make ends meet, they have little income and therefore require a job to sustain their lifestyle and family. The struggle of life it’s real. It’s depressing, it’s annoying, it’s frustrating. Sometimes people feel helpless and want to die!! Especially now, Covid-19, Most people have been killed due to the virus and various illnesses. I am praying that life will go back to normal. In the UK, the restrictions have improved over the past months, but some countries are still locked down. I know God is faithful, and everything is happening for a reason. My advice to everyone is to be strong, don’t give up, better days are coming, and God is with you. You must trust him, pray, have faith in God and and be happy even when you don’t feel happy. You must stay connected to God’s messages and be around other Christians who will feed your spirit and encourage you. Be positive and be determined to make changes to grow. Remember that the struggle of life happens to everyone, only you can make possible changes. What is so beautiful now is that you can make money while you sleep. How?I recommend this book only to people who want to make money, here's Sally Miller’s book Make Money From Home it's a great book! It teaches you everything about making money from the comfort of your own home. Furthermore, here are bible scriptures you can read, meditate and pray: Joshua 1:9 and Deuteronomy 31:1-8 God is your provider and protector of everything!! Keep praying, and trust God. Everything will work out in the end, stay blessed, Tasha.

God is light
God is the light of the world. Through him, we’re saved, forgiven and protected. We’re protected daily from the evil one, that’s the devil . The Devil only comes to steal, kill and to destroy. But Jesus said ā€œI came so you can have life and have it more in abundanceā€ John10:10-11. Now the message we have read in John10:10-11, it reveals to you that God dwell in the light and there's no darkness in him. If then you say that you have fellowship with God, yet at the same time live in the darkness, (darkness represents wrong doing, evil behaviour) you are lying both in your words and in your actions. And if you live in the light just as God is in the light, then you have fellowship with Christ Jesus. The blood of Jesus, God’s son, purifies you from every sin. ( That is why repentance is so critical because if you give others, God will forgive you also) If you say that you have no sin, you deceive ourselves and there is no truth in you. But if you confess your sins to God daily, he will keep his promise and do what is right. He will forgive you and purify you from all wrongdoings. If you say that you have not sinned, you make God be a liar, and his word is not in you 1John1:1-5. The Key point to remember, is that you are of God's little children; you belong to him. And he belongs to you, let your light shine among people! stay blessed, Tasha. šŸ˜‡

Newlyweds
Being married for the first time can be exciting. For most Christians, they feel complete, overjoyed, fabulous, feeling blessed. They appreciate God for their husbands or wife and their new marriage. Newlywed couples are joined with Christ in partnership and fellowship as one. The blessings, newlyweds couples experience is happiness, enjoyment, celebrations, communications and relationships with God and each other. Here's a daily devotional for newlyweds couples to proclaim, to keep each other happy and healthy. First-time marriage it's always exhilarating and challenging. The responsibilities of caring for a home, ministry and kids can be exhausting. There are the Do's and don't for a couple's devotions. DO, set the time to pray together as a family. Mediate on the scriptures, concerning marriage[and family life. Try a variety of couples devotions that are perfect for you and your spouse. I would recommend Making Marriage Work: The Advice You Need for a Lifetime of Happiness by Joyce Meyer, she is a great woman of God and has a beautiful ministry. Make devotion time a number priority in your home. Choose the right time, weeks or days with God. Spend quality time with each other, with love support and encouragement. DO NOT, force each other to complete reading the words of God. (i.e., You want to finish reading the devotions on a specific month such as July or September ) Don't feel obligated or guilty to read the prayers every day. Don't force each other to read the devotions if one person feels tired due to work. (i.e. give each other additional space and time to digest and meditate on the words of God) Here's Bible scripture that you can feed on that will help you grow. Joshua 1:9, Psalm1:1-3 and Solomon4:10 stay blessed, Tasha .
