We break down our associations with the symbols and imagery (are those mountains or waves, and why does it matter?) and ask the big question: is the Fool wildly unprepared, or are we the ones carrying too much?

We also explore connections to yoga philosophy, like aparigraha (non-attachment) and sankalpa (intention), and reflect on what’s being invited into our lives when we fully embody Fool energy.
