Kaley Chiles, a therapist, says a Colorado law infringes on her free speech rights by preventing her from having voluntary conversations with minors who seek her help. Colorado argues the law regulates harmful professional conduct. The Supreme Court will tell us what it thinks by June of next year. I shared some of my thoughts right now.

Pfizer has agreed to offer significantly discounted prices on some prescription drugs to all American consumers and to offer prescription medications to Medicaid at lower prices. President Trump said the drugs will be available for purchase online on a website operated by the federal government, which the White House has said will be called "TrumpRx." Some people, however, feel betrayed by the President's deal with Pfizer.
