Hey guys. I’ve been silent thus far about what’s going on but the disturbing amount of misinformation and outright racism that I’m seeing made me feel that this video is necessary.
I had the privilege of visiting Israel and Palestine this past January to learn about different perspectives on the conflict, and so I decided to make a video talking about the different perspectives & narratives I’ve seen in my peers, and how these can sometimes lead to hate + violence.
Please know that this video is intended for all those of us in Western countries, *not* those living in Israel/Palestine. You guys know your stories a lot better than I do.
Please also, if you’re going to watch this, watch it all the way through. I ping pong between different perspectives of different groups and I don’t want shit taken out of context, nor certain points being cherry-picked and twisted into a narrative different from what I am trying to share.
