StoryTalk: "Kakalaro Mo Yan!" Do Video Games Promote Violence?

Podcast discussion starts at 5:40

Were you told "kakalaro mo yan" at least one instance in your life as a child and a young adolescent? Non-gamer adults tend to perceive the video games as a notorious activity that puts people in an unlikely circumstance. What is it in games that gamers enjoy and non-gamers do not appreciate?

In this episode, we are going to tackle one of the most common stereotypes of the video games- violence. I am with another guest who will share us his experiences as a child, what brought him to the gaming world, made him quit and returned him.

This is a live podcast episode, so we also got a change to hear thoughts of the live audience about gaming; talking about the good and the ugly.

I want to know your insights about this as well, so make sure to check out Spotify's Poll and Q&A to share ideas to get a change to be featured in our next episode.
