Happy Thanksgiving and National Day of Mourning.

This week, as we get together with family and friends and share gratitude and gratefulness, we also commemorate, remember and mourn for the ancestors on whose land we now sit, and the generations of Native Americans who have suffered senseless oppression since the colonization of America.

Jeff is joined by King James and Sister Lauren to talk about a documentary from 2020 titled Gather, which follows the efforts of various people and tribes to reclaim the ancestral foodways and advocate for food sovereignty for indigenous Americans.
