What is D.O.T.S. ? It's an abbreviation commonly used by producer and artist "Kenny Beats" and stands for Don't OverThink Sh!t.

This method of working can be applied to all forms of creative work and a nice mindset to have as a creative, as we often catch ourselves in perfectionism and overthinking. Obviously this way of thinking is not the "non plus ultra" way of working and in film a lot of things need extra thought, but it can help.

Philip and Reini will talk about how to just get on it and write, shoot and edit. How you sometimes have to fail and sometimes not everything will be a masterpiece. But as long as you create you are doing the right thing, because in the end quantity will lead to quality.
