This week we're discussing the subset of pop culture in the '90s and early 2000s targeting pre-teen girls specifically and the stores, products, and brands that became popular at the time. I talk about some of the most popular tween fashion brands and stores of the early aughts, what happened to them, and why I think the Limited Too relaunch ultimately failed. I also share my favorite tween fashion moments from the Y2K era.
