Nobody Knows Anything

Nobody Knows Anything

I was reading the book "That will Never Work" The Birth of Netflix and Amazing life of an idea by Marc Randolph, Co-founder and first CEO of Netflix. Two things that intrigued me. First is a trivia that Marc and Reed approached Amazon to sell their business. Unfortunately or should I say fortunate for them that the deal could not go through. The second thing that I learnt from the book is what this episode is all about. Nobody Knows Anything. How Netflix stuck upon the idea of Monthly Subscription model almost after 1.5 years of Netflix in operation. That changed the entire business and there is no U-turn after that. But the way Marc describes the idea and link to the concept Nobody Knows Anything is what this episode is all about.
