As Katie and Jennifer put it “Let’s just say it flat out: you work with people that you struggle to understand, like, or respect. You also work with people who struggle to understand, like, or respect you.” Where such gaps between people exist, Psychological Safety is at risk. The good news is, as the book lays out, there are straightforward actionable things that you can do.
