Lindsey shares her experiences of being diagnosed with ADHD in her thirties and the difficulties she faced in navigating the healthcare system and advocating for herself to get the support she needed. Lindsey also shares her story of intensive and invasive jaw surgery and orthodontic input due to the impact of thumb sucking on her adult teeth. Lindsey reflects on how having speech therapy as a child affected her communication confidence as an adult, and how she feels about her son's speech and his speech therapy input.
