Francesca began her journey with Gleam in 2013, where she started out as an intern. She has worked her way up from talent manager, to talent director, and now, of course, head of talent.

Francesca’s role allows her to create opportunities for the storytellers, entrepreneurs, and entertainers who help shape popular culture today, working with creators including the likes of Zoe Sugg, Grace Beverley, Olivia Neill, and many more popular names within the influencer sphere.
