Lindsay Ell joins us for this week's episode of Talking Fast. She is the host of Canada's Got Talent, the lead guitarist for Shania Twain and she is coming out with new music in October. Lindsay talks to us about getting back to herself and making music that feels like her. Reflecting on her career and what she would do different (maybe not saying yes to everything) and loving herself as she is everyday. She gets candid about being diagnosed with an eating disorder and how she's learning to feel proud of herself. We talk to her about her new EP "fence sitter" that is all about being vulnerable and touches on topics like if she wants to become a mother and a past breakup.
