The health care system today is mostly is reactive rather than preventive. Though it is a $3T industry - 96% of that is spent ONLY on the physical body and a tiny fraction on the mind. This podcast will have conversations that fuel your wellbeing - to understand that our wellbeing goes beyond just physical wellness.
Featuring top leaders and luminaries in their respective fields, this podcast intends to have a variety of experts including physical trainers, nutritionists, western doctors, holistic doctors, Ayurvedic and Homeopathic physicians, hair and skin care experts, mental health professionals, psychologists, meditation guides, healers, Yoga teachers, coaches and other wellbeing professionals.
We will cover the multiple dimensions of wellbeing including emotional, financial, social, occupational, energetic and spiritual wellbeing.

The podcast is Hosted by Anjaan - a meditation guide and relaxation coach, who help people find peace and relaxation in the midst of their busy urban lives.
Having the privilege of being born into a Vedic family, Anjaan has been practicing the ways of ancient wisdom traditions for the last 20+ years. He is a reiki grandmaster, trained in Pranic healing and Kundalini Shakti transmission, a certified Yoga teacher, a hypnotherapist, an ordained Zen Facilitator and a 11th Dan in Traditional Japanese Martial arts. He has trained in Thai Yoga Bodywork, Ayurvedic massage therapy, Japanese Pressure point techniques, myofascial release and Kundalini Tantra massage. He holds group classes, 1:1 sessions and retreats & workshops to facilitate transformation. All of his sharing, guidance and teaching is deep rooted in eastern concepts of Yoga, Tantra and Zen.
The overall wellbeing of all of humanity is something he is passionate about and everything he does is aligned with this purpose - and that’s why we decided to start this podcast.
Through this show – as he interacts with the guests – you will hear him offering plenty of practical advice and realistic tips that you can implement in your daily life - keeping the WOOWOO to the minimum.

Who is Tasneem Nawab
Tasneem Fatima Nawab is a powerhouse of inspiration and she wants to make the world a healthier place. She does so by hosting workshops, seminars, running fitness challenges and speaking at panel sessions on nutrition, fitness, wellness and health awareness - through her brand Elixir Nutrition.
She believes that "the source of your food and its pairing is key when it comes to healthy eating and living".
She has completed a 2 year Cambridge course in health and fitness and has hosted her own healthy cooking show on Zee TV. (33 episodes in 1 season)
She has worked with over 250 people and served these multiple clients globally; for weight loss, eating disorders, weight management, generic fitness and workout plans and preparation for sports competition, all of which were with the goal of teaching them independantly healthy.

Shipra is the founder of Sage Plant Based Kitchen, a plant based (vegan) meal plan and food delivery in the UAE. She is also a plant based chef, nutritionist and recipe consultant.
