She is also a Health and Wellness Coach whose mission is to guide others back home to themselves - helping them reconnect with their authentic truth, release past traumas, and break free from limiting narratives imposed by themselves, parents, or society. Her work empowers clients to confidently share their unique gifts with the world and step into the “holy wow - is this really my life?” feeling they’ve always dreamed of.
Kristen’s journey began through her own health crises and healing path, which led her to the world of holistic wellness - recognizing that true healing involves the physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental aspects of self. Through this process, she discovered her gift as a medical intuitive and reclaimed her life.
Now, Kristen combines her intuitive abilities with a wide range of healing modalities to help others experience deep transformation. She identifies the root causes of physical and emotional imbalances, illnesses, and dis-ease - whether originating in childhood or even past lives - and connects with her clients’ spiritual teams to offer guidance, insights, and pathways to healing.
