In this first episode, I have an interesting conversation with Jose De LaRoca, who is a sound engineer from Los Angeles who has worked with some big name talent at some of the flagship radio stations in the "City of Angels".  He is an immigrant from Guatemala and the father of a little boy.

Jose talks about fatherhood in his podcast "Dad Without a Dad", and during our conversation, he talks about "podcasting secrets" that he has written about in his new book, "Start Podcasting: The Secrets of a Radio Broadcast Engineer".
