As President and CEO of Fraser, Diane's work sets the strategic vision and course for Fraser, one of the largest nonprofits in the state of Minnesota. The organization has a budget close to $140 million and 1,700+ staff who serve 15,000+ clients each year across 64 locations. Fraser is the largest and most experienced provider of autism, mental health, and disability services in Minnesota. As a nonprofit, Fraser provides specialty healthcare, housing, education and community support services to thousands of children and adults with diverse needs and their families. Prior to serving at Fraser, she held the position of Director of Medical Rehab & Education at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Center. Diane holds a master's degree in communication disorders, specializing in audiology. She has been recognized with numerous awards and has had the privilege of serving on a variety of community boards.
