#04 - How can I lose my accent?

Hello and welcome back to one more episode!

Today's episode is all about accents, a controversial topic in the language learning world. As a native British English teacher, I often receive questions about how a student might 'lose' their accent. In this episode I will talk about this aspect of the language learning industry, the role of pronunciation in learning English, and I will also be talking about my own experiences of speaking a second language. I would like to thank João Pedro Pena, one of my ex-students, who makes a guest appearance in this episode. Thank you João!
