In this first episode of Tales, Trails and Tails, Michael Ridge delves into his beginning into the hoop life and nomadic horseback wild tending life way. (The "hoop" is defined as a cyclical life way through the ecosystems seasonal food rounds throughout each year.) Michael moved out on horseback in 2013 and for the past 8 years he has learned to live sustainably on the land while tending the native food gardens.
