She has worked across the verticals of HR ranging from Talent acquisition , Talent Development , compensation to Business partnering and Employee relations . She has also worked in Hangzhou , China for a period of 2 years in the capacity of a HR Leader .

She is a TED speaker,  a trainee psychotherapist with transactional analysis as the background. She is also an author of a book of poems “Moments Unpacked” available on Amazon
