This excerpt recorded that Bian Que treated the disease of King Wu of Qin, which serves as a warning to rulers and governors that they should only talk about important matters with those who truly understand them. (Bian Que 扁鹊 , ca.700BCE, was the earliest known Chinese physician. His real name was said to be Qin Yueren 秦越人. King Wu of Qin 秦武王 310-307 BCE, was the ruler of the Qin State from the Warring States Period of Chinese history.)
