Welcome to Taking Life, Offline! Where you're encouraged to Scroll less, Live more. I deleted Instagram & all social media(except YT, cause look, gotta be where they are to help! ) nearly 9 years and have never looked back! I traded in comparison, feeling behind, and wasted time for peace in my path and intention with my time. Leaving social media, or choosing to spend less time there- doesn't have to mean you'll be forgotten, bored, lonely & disconnected. In fact it's the opposite! I'm here to help you see what's possible for you and your life offline & to no longer rely on social media!

62. Living IN the moment vs. FOR the moment.

Have you ever participated in an activity, visited a really cool place or worn a really great outfit not just for your own enjoyment but because you were looking forward to the validation that you knew would come from doing that thing? Yeah, been there!

In my own personal experience, trying to capture the perfect image of that moment or that thing, takes away from the moment itself. Cheapens it if you will. Let's talk about prioritizing living IN the moment vs. FOR the moment and the difference this shift makes!

xx
