In this episode we are going to dive deep into love languages what your love language is and how you can use that to become happier, kinder and more filled with love. Because at the end of the day, the love you have yourself is more important than any other love you will experience in life.
I read an entry from my journal which I don’t think I’ve ever done with or to anyone, but it was such a special message I wanted to share! I am so passionate about having love towards yourself, but sometimes it can be so hard to know how to do that, especially when you’re not in the mood. I had two a-ha moments that lead to the idea I’m sharing today: I was travelling solo in Paris and another when I was Journalling about feeling disconnected. Love languages can be so easy to roll your eyes at, but I have gained so much by knowing what my love language is and knowing what the love languages of the people around me are. So why when we know how to love other people and how we like to receive love, do we not use that to love ourselves!? I am now on a mission to show myself love in a way that I know I like to receive it.
