The Tahaan team had the pleasure to have an interaction with Mr. Rahul Deshpande, a sustainability practitioner eloquent enough to have given lectures in Prestigious institutes like IIM-Ahmedabad, IIT Delhi, and NIIT Hyderabad. He has been working in Venu Madhuri Trust in Kolhapur for the last 21 years, which is focused on sustainable rural development. We had a conversation with him regarding pressing issues we face today like the reasons behind migration, how can we start water conservation at the village level, and our responsibility as consumers to conserve water.
