It was New Year's Eve in the French Quarter when Josh Woodruff was there celebrating with friends. They just rang in the year 2016 and thought that year would be the best yet. Unfortunately, only roughly 3 hours later, Josh's young life would be cut short. There are unfortunately more questions than answers left when it comes to the events of that early morning but join us as well tell you what we do know and any theories on why this tragedy may have occurred.
