This week I’m so excited to be chatting to Sara Assad-Mannings - The founder and head baker at Bunhead Bakery. Sara started Bunhead in the midst of the pandemic, and has since built an incredible community of sourdough bun lovers through attending south London markets and now, with their recently opened bakery in Herne Hill. Everything they bake is inspired by Sara’s Palestinian heritage - sharing her culture through food from sweet and savoury buns to the most delicious focaccia and guys, they are absolutely smashing it - Everytime I drive past there are queues down the road so if you visit make sure to get there early!
