Sometimes it's difficult sharing something that you know would be helpful to someone else. Especially when it seems to be something that is hard for them to hear. In fact, there are times when the thing that seems to be the most offensive or challenging is what they need the most. Will you tell them anyway? How do you go about opening up and sharing what you know they need to hear when it may offend them? Are you going to be more concerned about their feelings or their well being?
