What has been going on? - BIG Life & Podcast Update, why i'm moving away from spirituality, mental health struggles, feeling insignificant & overwhelmed with life

This is a long overdue update on what has been going on with me for the past months. A lot has changed - including me, that will now also effect the podcast and everything I will be sharing with you.

I've had a major mental health relapse, didn't want to live anymore and noticed my eating disorder flaring up again too - all because of a major overwhelm with life, feeling lonely and insignificant.

This lead me to a new path, that i'm still terrified of, but also feels important - not just for my own health and life moving forward.

The podcast will be retitled and from now on I'll speak more about "HOW TO NAVIGATE LIFE, when shit Iits the fan" - because as much as all the spiritual tools can support us - the ANSWERS for our missing INSTRUCTION MANUAL in life are not "out there" , but within and the conversations we will have here, hopefully help you find that CLARITY, HOPE, INSPIRATION and GUIDANCE inside again, when you feel lost and confused in the dark alone.
