Shata-Shloki Ramayana is also the name of a 2006 album by Sri Ganapathi Sachchidanda Swamiji. The album contains four songs: Shatashloki Ramayana, Nama Ramayana, Prasannanjaneya, and Pavana Nandana. The Shata-Shloki Ramayana is a hymn at the beginning of the Ramayana by the saint poet Valmiki. In the first section of the Bāla Kānḍa, Maharishi Narada preaches the entire Ramayana in 100 shlokas (hymns) to Maharishi Valmiki.
